Our showroom in Batley was set up 15 years ago and the showroom in Leeds has been open for 10 years. On top of that, the team have over 100 years of experience between them in the kitchen industry, dealing with everything from product design through to installation.

Once an appointment has been arranged, one of our staff will come out to your property and conduct a design consultation (don’t worry it’s painless!). The room is measured and relevant questions are asked to achieve a wish list / project direction. You are then invited to the showroom where we can present our ideas and go through the job costing.

If you are working with architect’s plans then an appointment is made for you to come and discuss your requirements here in the showroom.

If your project involves removing / adding internal walls, we can help you take care of this too. After our initial visit we will send a structural engineer to you to determine the requirement for steel support if needed. We will take care of the initial visit and, should you proceed, the structural engineer will take care of the necessary drawings, building control and notices. They will invoice you directly for this service.

If you prefer to use your own structural engineer that’s fine too, just let us know.

We do not take on the building work directly, however we can offer contacts or you can use your own contractors.

On average a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and laminate tops would be between £15,000 and £18,000. Adding solid surface worktops could increase the cost to over £20,000. Again it is difficult to be precise as everyone’s requirements are different.

We are members of one of Europe’s largest buying groups – MHK, who have now entered the UK market as MHK-UK and as such are able to buy furniture and appliances directly from the factories at the very best rates.

We have also negotiated independent terms with one of Britain’s leading quality manufacturers, Kesseler, to enable us to offer the same quality products, made to measure by a British supplier.

We require a 25% deposit to secure any discounts on offer and to arrange an installation date. The outstanding balance is required the week before the kitchen is delivered. We would always hold back a final payment which is agreeable to both parties which is payable on completion.

Once the deposit is paid we will order the kitchen and this usually takes 4 to 5 weeks to manufacture. Installation is scheduled to suit your requirements, dependent on fitter availability.

It is essential that everyone knows what’s happening, so at the earliest opportunity we will send service drawings to your builder and arrange a site meeting to discuss the project.

We have a small team of sub contact trades that we have worked with for a very long time, some from day one. We have plumbers, plasterers, electricians, decorators, tilers and fitters/joiners.

It all depends on the amount of work involved; it is probably better to discuss this when in store as everyone’s kitchen project is different.

All our products carry the industry standard guarantees depending on the manufacturer. We will advise you during the design process.

Appliance guarantees are based on each supplier and in most cases can be extended.

Yes, we are long-standing members. The KBSA is the only specialist body associated with the kitchen industry. Not all kitchen companies are members of the KBSA but we feel this helps to offer reassurance to our clients in our ability to provide a first class service. We also offer consumer protection insurance.
